Alex Venetta

Associate Publisher and Manager of Partner Services, Career Communications Group

Alex Venetta is the Associate Publisher and Manager of Partner Services at Career Communications Group, Inc (CCG). In this capacity, Venetta reports directly to both CCG’s chief financial officer and the CEO.

Venetta is responsible for the development and retention of relationships with CCG partners. They include top employers of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) talent, such as Lockheed Martin Corp., The Boeing Company, Northrop Grumman Corp., General Dynamics Corp., The Raytheon Technologies, Aerotek, Inc., IBM, and Navy Civilian Careers. Venetta is also actively involved with CCG’s Stars & Stripes Military Committee and CCG Awards Alumni.

CCG is a minority-owned media services company that provides the knowledge, guidance, and expertise to make it easier for employers to implement and support STEM diversity strategies and programs. CCG not only helps companies effectively compete for professional talent in STEM fields but also provides multiple channels to assist in retaining STEM employees.

Venetta is also one of the original founders of the School of the Way, a not-for-profit mentoring and martial arts school based out of Baltimore, MD. He is a martial arts instructor, a mentor, and a life coach to historically under-represented students in STEM and the Arts.

Venetta graduated from the Johns Hopkins University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts double majoring in International Relations & East Asian Studies.
